UniPilates

Before you start

Read this before you follow any health plan from the studio: what such a plan can do for you, and where it stops.

What a plan holds

Each health plan from the studio holds general information about Pilates.

A plan is published after one of two things: a qualified reviewer approves it, and the plan names that reviewer, their qualification and the day of the review; or the studio's automated checks of content and sources pass, and the plan gives only that day and names no reviewer.

Where the plans stop

A plan is general, not personal medical advice, so it cannot take account of your health, your medical history or any medicines you take.

The studio publishes no plan about medicines or doses, and none about how an illness is found or treated.

Check with a doctor first

Before you use a plan, ask a doctor or another qualified health professional if any of these is true: you are pregnant, you are injured, you look after a child, you have a medical condition, or you take any medicine.

An emergency needs your local emergency number, not the studio: ring it straight away.

Who has reviewed plans

Plan reviewers lists by name and qualification each reviewer who has approved a plan.
