Plan reviewers

Approval is for one exact version: the reviewer reads that version, approves it, and the approval puts it on the timetable. A plan with no approval goes on the timetable only after the studio's automated checks of content and sources pass, and a later change to any plan stays off the timetable until it is checked again.

The studio checked every reviewer's qualification when they joined, and each one agreed to have their name shown.
