- Who stands behind a plan
Every session plan on the timetable is published by UniPilates, and the studio answers for each one.
A name appears on a plan only for work that person did, and only with their agreement. On a plan, “Plan by” marks the writer; “Checked by” marks a person who read that exact version and approved it while signed in as themselves; and “Floor notes from” marks a person whose own notes are quoted in the plan.
If a plan names no writer, its credit goes to UniPilates.
- The checks every plan passes
Our publishing checks run on a plan before it reaches the timetable and again each time the plan is opened. If a plan fails them, readers no longer see it.
Those checks also stop three things: product promotion, sponsored or affiliate content, and the stock phrases machine writing tends to repeat.
No advertising appears in the studio's plans, and nothing here is financial or legal advice.
On health, a plan offers general information and is not personal medical advice; read Before you start before you follow one.
- Sources behind a plan
A plan built on sources names them in its reading list, each one linked to the page it came from.
A plan's links go to secure web pages or stay inside the studio's own pages.
- How a health plan reaches the timetable
A health plan reaches the timetable once a qualified reviewer approves that exact version, or once it passes the studio's automated checks of content and sources.
With an approval, the plan shows the reviewer's name, their qualification and the day of the review. With only the automated checks, it names no reviewer and gives the day the checks passed.
If the plan changes later, readers see the change only after it is checked again.
Plan reviewers lists each reviewer who has approved a plan, with their qualification. The studio confirmed each qualification at the time the reviewer joined; all reviewers agreed to have their names shown.
- Putting mistakes right
The timetable keeps the old version of a health plan until its correction is approved by a qualified reviewer or passes the studio's automated checks of content and sources.
The corrected plan then gives the date of that approval or those checks, and the date it was updated if the words changed.
Corrections go to studio@unipilates.com.
Complaints go to the grievance officer: see Complaints to the studio.
- Off the timetable
Any plan can come off the timetable at any time. When it does, the feed and the sitemap drop it at the same moment.
